I see your purple ... and raise you yellow! Ha!! I was in a field this morning and there was the cutest purple flower and I immediately thought of Lisa and her purple flower finds lately. Mine didn't come out well because the wind was blowing too hard and I didn't have time to wait. The yellow one with the bug was still though. Then on to the real reason for my day ... I really am not a Harley person and there were a few Honda's on hand ... so I had to get their pictures too!!

I finally made time and found the items to work on this shot! What a great way to play with water and lighting. The lighting was the hard part ... and I think it could still be better. But for now ... cool shot!! Thanks Robert Grant!

On the way to a scrapbooking crop ... had to stop and see what was happening at the pond. Guess what I found other than ducks, geese and a ge-duck? An OTTER!!! Picture #2 ... he wasn't in the mood to play with me and my camera but at least I got him!

I really believe here was some cross breading going on here ... ge-duck is what I nick named them!

How often does your boss come in your office and say "can you take some pictures in the lab tomorrow"? NEVER ... well it happened to me! So all of my kiddos ... (ha! very talented and very intelligent future scientific leaders of the world!) were asked to dawn their lab coats and make a sacrifice for science today. Some of them will be appearing in Center presentations all over the world soon and we needed updated shots. The pictures of the lab personnel will not be loaded here but I got to play in the lab for a little while today to get "prepared" for the shoot. Whatever!! I wanted to play a little!
